We at Tsavo try our best to give you amazing shopping experience and that’s why we made it very simple to buy a product. Just go to www.tsavo.co.in > scroll the category you wish to look products in > select the product > select the size > Select the color > click on buy now > click on check out > fill the shipping information > select the payment option > your order will be placed successfully.
2.2 How much time it would take to get me my order?
Normally it takes 5 to 7 days to reach to your doorstep from the date of order placed.(Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location).
2.3 How would Tsavo intimate me when my order is dispatched from its warehouse?
We always keep you informed with the progress of your order .Once your order is shipped from our end , you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping details such as courier company, Docket No.etc.
3. BULK INQUIRY

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & SIZE CHANGE
We hope you love every purchase with us. But if ever a product has any manufacturing defect, you can return it in its original condition by informing us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
4.2 SIZE CHANGE
In case you receive the same product you have ordered but still need size exchange then you can send the request within 10 days of receiving the product. In case the desired product for size exchange is unavailable with us then we will refund the money in your Bank Account.
In case of return and Size exchange, you will have to ship it from your end and you will be reimbursed with Rs.100/- in your Bank Account. However, exchange/Return request will not be considered more than once against one particular order. You can return the product(s) to the following Address.
